Creatine is used by the body as an immediate energy supply and works by saturating your muscles with a high-energy compound called creatine phosphate – needed when pushing the muscles in your body to the next level. Creatine hydrates muscle cells with water, promoting muscle fibre growth. NPL’s Creatine HCL dramatically increases muscle cell volumization, causing an anabolic response that orders those cells to expand. Recommended Use:
– Take 4 capsules with 250ml of water before training. On non-training days, take 4 capsules on an empty stomach first thing in the morning or use as directed by your healthcare practitioner/fitness advisor. Be sure to drink at least 2 to 3 litres of water per day while using this product
